The reception is open 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Yes. We have our own garage parking with elevator access from the lobby for hotel guests. There is a charge of 12€/night. We also have electric car charging ports available.

In Mallorca and the Balearic Islands you must pay the ECOTASA. This eco-tourist tax is for environmental conservation in Mallorca. It is charged at the hotel and costs 3.30€ per day, per person, in high season (May-October) and 1.66€ in low season (November-April). Minors do not have to pay ECOTASA.

The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB & Diners. An identification document may be requested for payments by check and bank card.

Your comfort, health and safety are our highest priority and we are committed to maintain the highest levels of care, dedication and hygiene.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted additional measures, procedures and protocols to ensure every stay with us is safe and clean. We are continually reviewing our safety protocols following the latest advice and government guidelines.

Safety measures in place throughout the hotel include;

  • Hand sanitizers placed at guest contact areas.
  • Enhanced health and safety training for all employees ranging from social distancing, awareness of the correct procedures for wearing PPE, as well as case monitoring and notification procedures.
  • The employees are regularly subject to temperature checks, sign relevant health declarations and constantly wear PPE.
  • Our pool and rooftop is available only by reservation and for a maximum of 4 people at a time.
  • Paper amenities (like newspapers, newsletters and guest directories) reduced throughout the whole hotel.
  • Regular cleaning and disinfection protocols across all hotel spaces.
  • High touch areas – such as reception counters, elevator buttons, light switches, door handles, bathrooms – follow protocols of frequent sanitisation.
  • More rigorous cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms.
  • Bedding and linens washed with disinfectant and at higher temperatures to ensure sterilisation.
  • Appropriate social distancing measures in all hotel and co-working spaces.

Our booking rates are flexible. We only ask for a credit card as guarantee for your reservation but no charges are made before your arrival. Nevertheless, cancellations with less than 72 hours may be subject to an additional charges. Please contact us at if you need to change the dates of your stay.
